STEP 1
Before we meet, you’ll complete an intake form covering your health history, current concerns, and daily rhythms so we can dive deeper from the start.

We meet for a 90-minute consultation to discuss what’s going on and what balance looks like for you. From there, I create personalized remedies, from teas and tinctures to a broader plan.

Two follow-up sessions are included. We will work together as your body responds, adjusting your plan along the way.

For the person who wants ongoing support built into daily life, not just a response to a problem. Think of this as a long-term relationship with your own wellbeing — and a genuinely good-tasting daily ritual.
WHAT TO EXPECT
STEP 1
You’ll complete an intake form, then we’ll meet for a 60-minute consultation to explore your energy, digestion, sleep, stress, and what you’re hoping to feel more of in daily life.

Based on our conversation, I create a nutritive tonic designed specifically for you, something you’ll actually enjoy drinking. I prepare a monthly supply for pickup to become part of your daily routine.

STEP 3
You'll take your tonic for 3–6 months. At that point, we reassess together and adjust the formula as your body and needs shift. This isn't a one-time fix — it's a relationship that grows with you.
